QC MONTREAL 106.3 CKIN Radio Moyen Orient (CHOU 1450 Montreal) filed a complaint against CKIN alleging the station was in violation of its condition of license regarding the amount of Arabic language programming aired. The CRTC did not agree.
NS ANTIGONISH 93.5 new Commercial. 60,500 watts. Country. Atlantic Broadcasters. The CRTC felt that this proposed
station would have a negative financial impact on existing nearby stations in New Glasgow and Port Hawkesbury.

determined that the Grimsby-Beamsville market can sustain a new commercial station. A call for competing applications has been issued.

AB PEACE RIVER 610 CKYL Move to 94.9 where existing nested repeater CKYL-1 operates. Increase power from 2,500 to 62,000 watts (2,500 to 100,000 watts Max. ERP). Raise antenna height. Change radiation pattern from non-directional to directional. Relocate transmitter.
